Bellevue child is transformed into a superhero

A Bellevue child's wish came true today when he was transformed into a superhero. The Make A Wish Foundation made his dream of saving the city from forces of evil come true.

Thirteen-year-old Erik Martin longed to have superhero powers, even a serious illness wouldn't stop him.

Electron Boy's wish began at his home, where he received a phone call from Spiderman briefing him on the dire situation. Erik got into his costume and took off in his superhero vehicle: a DeLorean, with Bellevue Police as his escort.
